Hormone Health

Individualized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, managed with ongoing laboratory monitoring.

Weight Management

Medically supervised weight management with full clinical evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and counseling that lasts past the prescription.

Chronic Disease Management

Long-term support for hypertension, diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other ongoing health needs.

Telehealth

Secure video visits for follow-ups, medication management, and minor concerns. Available to established patients.

Named after Lovie.

Doxen Health takes its name from Lovie, our dachshund companion and the quiet inspiration behind why this practice exists. She reminded us that genuine care does not require a lot of words. It requires showing up. That is what we are here to do.

Coverage & Payment

Two ways to be a patient here

We bill insurance for patients who carry it, and we offer a flat-rate Annual Care Plan for patients who do not. Either way, you know what you are paying for before you are seen.

Path One

Insurance

We bill your plan directly for covered primary care visits and services, with no membership fee. We check your eligibility before your visit whenever possible.

Annual Care Plan

For adults without insurance coverage: $1,499 a year, payable yearly or monthly, including your primary care visits, an annual physical, and direct provider messaging. Households of two or more save 10%.
